QUEENSLAND PATIENTS TO GET EASIER ACCESS TO MEDICINAL CANNABIS

The process of acquiring medicinal cannabis may soon become a lot easier for patients living in Queensland. Health Minister Steven Miles introduced a bill to repeal the Public Health (Medicinal Cannabis) Act 2016. The bill proposes that specialists prescribe medicinal cannabis to patients in the same way as other controlled or restricted medicine, such as codeine. Read the article here.
